Welcome. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Songwriter Beat Bundle (the “Bundle”) and any related services made available on this website (the “Site”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Bundle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Bundle.

These Terms are a plain-English summary intended to be easy to read. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice and may be updated as the product evolves.

1. What you're buying

The Bundle is a one-time digital download containing professional MP3 instrumentals organized into genre folders, plus access to optional tools and resources on the Site (such as the AI Song Finder Assistant). The exact track count, file format, and contents are described on the Site at the time of your purchase.

2. License to use the music

When you purchase the Bundle, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included instrumentals to:

• Write, demo, and record original songs over the instrumentals.
• Release finished songs (with your vocals or other original elements added) on streaming platforms, social media, and content platforms.
• Use them in personal video content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, podcasts, etc.).
• Use them for client work and freelance projects you produce yourself.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw instrumental files with anyone else.
• Upload the raw instrumentals to royalty-free libraries, sample marketplaces, or NFT/AI-training datasets.
• Claim ownership of the instrumentals themselves or register them with a content-ID system as your own original work.

The license is granted to you as an individual purchaser. If you want to use the Bundle inside a company or team, please contact us first.

3. Delivery and access

After your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page and emailed a receipt. The Bundle is delivered as a digital download. Because the file is large, please download it on a stable internet connection and back up a copy to your own storage. We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

4. Refunds

Because the Bundle is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical problem accessing your download, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith to fix it.

5. Pricing and payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card information is never stored on our servers. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but a change in price will not affect any purchase you have already completed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or Bundle to do anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. You also agree not to attempt to access parts of the Site that you are not authorized to access (for example, admin or download URLs that don't belong to your purchase).

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Bundle are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific song, recording, or release using the Bundle will succeed commercially, get streams, or generate revenue. Music is creative work and outcomes vary.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Bundle is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Bundle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
